Terms And Conditions

Last updated on : 26-10-2026

1. Acceptance Of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vision2Reality mobile application for Android and iOS (the “Mobile App”), the Vision2Reality virtual reality application (the “VR App”) and our related backend services (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by VISION TO REALITY INTERNATIONAL LTD (“Vision2Reality”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Nigeria with its address at House 8, Manor Close, Bouidlone Court, Chevron Drive, Lagos State. Nigeria. By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. About The Services

The Services let you enter a text prompt, and optionally a reference photograph, to generate a personalised immersive experience: a 360° panoramic image, ambient audio and a video. You view the experience on a compatible VR device paired with the Mobile App. You are responsible for your own compatible VR device, internet connection and any data charges.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may close the account and delete the associated data.

4. Your Account

You need an account to use the Services. You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date;
  • keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account;
  • notify us promptly at vizion2realities@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach; and
  • accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms

5. Licence To Use The Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Mobile App and VR App on devices you own or control, for your personal use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any law or regulation when using the Services;
  • enter prompts or upload photographs that are unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, that depict or sexualise minors, or that incite violence or infringe the rights of others;
  • upload photographs of other people without their permission, or create content intended to deceive by impersonating a real person;
  • attempt to bypass any safety filter or content restriction;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or copy the Services, or attempt to access restricted areas or systems;
  • disrupt, overload or introduce malware to the Services; or
  • resell, sublicense or share access to the Services.

We may refuse a prompt, remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

7. Eligibilityai-generated Content

Your experience is generated by automated AI and media-generation systems from your prompts. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to outputs created for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is original, accurate, unique or suitable for your purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you share or rely on it. As between you and us, and subject to applicable law and the terms of our AI providers, you may use the outputs generated from your prompts for Personal Purposes only. Copyright protection for AI-generated material is unsettled in many countries, including Nigeria, and we give no assurance that any output is protected.

8. YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the prompts, photographs and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and adapt your User Content, and to transmit it to our service providers, solely to operate, secure and provide the Services to you. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups and records we must keep by law. You confirm that:

  • you have all rights and permissions needed to submit your User Content, including the consent of any identifiable person shown in a photograph; and
  • your User Content does not infringe any third-party right and is lawful.

9. Intellectual Property

The Mobile App, VR App, software, backend systems, generation workflows, designs, trademarks, branding and documentation belong to Vision2Reality or its licensors and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trade mark, trade secret and patent rights (granted or pending). You receive no rights in them except the licence in section 5. You may not copy, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from them, or use our names or logos, without our written consent. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. VR Safety

Virtual reality is immersive and you use it at your own risk. Follow your VR device manufacturer’s safety instructions and:

  • use the VR App only in a safe, clear space, and never while walking, driving, operating machinery or anywhere you need to be aware of your surroundings;
  • take regular breaks, and stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, disoriented, or experience eye strain or discomfort, as VR can cause motion sickness and may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive conditions; and
  • consult a doctor before use if you have any concern about your suitability for VR.

11. Fees And Payments

Some features require payment, and the price is shown before you buy. If we introduce or change fees, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Any payment is processed by the relevant app store or payment provider, and we do not store your payment card details. The refund rules of that provider apply, and we give no refund unless the law requires it.

12. Third-party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, authentication, push- notification, AI and media-generation providers, app stores and VR platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices.

13. Availability And Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and generation depends in part on third-party systems. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, giving reasonable notice where practicable. Generated content is kept only for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy, so please save anything you wish to keep.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we give no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non- infringement or accuracy of outputs.

15. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision2Reality, its affiliates, directors and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision2Reality, its affiliates, directors and employees against claims, losses and liabilities arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third party’s rights.

17. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity, submit prohibited content, or where needed for security or to comply with law. You may close your account at any time in the Mobile App or by contacting us. On termination your licence ends and your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

18. Privacy And Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 and, where they apply, the GDPR and UK GDPR. These Terms do not ask you to consent to data processing. Where we need your consent, for example for optional notifications or a reference photograph, we will ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.

19. Consumer Rights

If you use the Services as a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

20. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it by good-faith negotiation for 30 days after written notice of the dispute. If it is not resolved, it will be decided by the High Court of Lagos State, Nigeria. Where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country, nothing in this section removes that right.

21. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
  • Severability: if a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: a delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor to our business.
  • Notices: we may give you notice by email, in-app message or posting in the Mobile App.
  • Events beyond our control: we are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

22. Updates To These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version in the Mobile App with its effective date and, for material changes, notify you by in-app message or email at least 7 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and close your account.
